Fire Damage- Seminole Home
Fire damage to this Seminole home got its start in the kitchen when an overhead lighting fixture developed a short. The ceiling burned into the adjacent dining area which is shown in the photos. There were fire extinguisher residue and water damage that needed to be cleaned up before we could begin restoration and replacement activities. We were able to restore the flooring and some of the drywall. The ceiling needed to be torn out and replaced. We tore out some drywall which was very damaged. This also allowed us to more thoroughly dry the water damage from the firefighting effort. The after photo shows why we had another very satisfied client.
